Refund Policy

At Gobindgarh Club, we strive to provide the highest level of service and satisfaction to our members and customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Membership Fees

Non-Refundable: Membership fees are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances, such as membership being terminated by the club or if there are significant changes to the club's services or facilities.

If a member requests a cancellation before the membership start date, they may be eligible for a full refund, subject to the approval of the club management.

Refund requests after the membership start date will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may not be approved.

2. Event Bookings

Event Tickets: Tickets for events hosted by Gobindgarh Club (e.g., banquets, conferences, parties) can be refunded if the event is canceled by the club.

If a member wishes to cancel their reservation, a refund may be provided if the cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance of the event. Cancellations within 7 days may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Process for Refunds

To initiate a refund, please contact the club’s customer service team at members@gobindgarh.club.

You will need to provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, membership card) and, if applicable, the reason for the return.

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed & Credited within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Changes to the Refund Policy

Gobindgarh Club reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members, and the updated policy will apply to all purchases after the effective date.
