Welcome to Gobindgarh Club. By becoming a member or guest, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your membership, use of the club’s facilities, and behavior while on the premises.

1. Membership Eligibility

• Membership is available to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set forth by the club management.
• Applications for membership must be submitted through the prescribed process, including required documentation and payment of fees.
• The club reserves the right to approve or reject membership applications at its discretion.

• Life Member & Permanent
• Non-Voting Member
• Service Members
• Corporate Members
• Casual Members
• Honorary Members
• Temporary Members

3. Membership Fees

• Membership fees are payable annually or as determined by the club.
• Fees must be paid in full before access to club facilities is granted.
• Any changes in fees will be communicated in advance, and members must comply with the updated fee structure.

4. Club Facilities

Members have access to a variety of facilities, including but not limited to:

• Air-conditioned restaurant
• High-end bar
• Banquet halls
• Swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna baths
• State-of-the-art gym

All facilities are subject to availability and operational hours, which may be updated by the club from time to time.

Usage of facilities is subject to the club's policies and any specific rules established for each facility.

5. Code of Conduct

• Members and guests are expected to maintain a respectful and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Loud or disruptive behavior, including the use of inappropriate language, is prohibited.
• Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests while on club premises.
• The club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for repeated violations of the code of conduct.

6. Health and Safety

• The club prioritizes the safety and well-being of all members. Please adhere to all health and safety guidelines, especially while using facilities such as the swimming pool, sauna, and gym.
• Members must follow all posted safety instructions and comply with staff directions.
• Any injuries or accidents must be reported immediately to the club management.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• The club will collect and store personal data as part of the membership process.
• Personal data will be used solely for club-related purposes, including communication of updates, promotions, and events.
• Members’ data will be protected in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

8. Termination of Membership

• Members can request the termination or cancellation of their membership by providing written notice to the club.
• The club reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership for violations of the terms and conditions or other inappropriate behavior.
• Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

9. Liability

• Gobindgarh Club is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur on the premises.
• Members and guests use all facilities at their own risk.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

• The club reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members, and continued use of the club facilities will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from the use of the club’s facilities or membership will be handled according to the club’s grievance redressal process.
• In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may seek mediation or arbitration.

12. Miscellaneous

• These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between the club and its members.
• If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
